Have you changed your mind or bought a product that you don’t need anymore? It happens! We accept returns up to 14 days after you have received the product. Just post them back to use, ensuring we receive your return within the 14 day time period. We ask that you obtain proof of postage anddo not dispose of this until your return has been accepted. We will process your return within 14 days from the date thatwe receive it.

• POLAND: We always offer free shipping within the territory of Poland.
• EUROPEAN UNION: Within the EU, we offer free shipping for all orders of 90 EUR and above. For all other orders, shipping costs 8 EUR within the EU.
• REST OF THE WORLD: International shipping outside the European Union is free for orders over EUR 150. For all other orders, international shipping outside of the EU costs 12 EUR. The package may be subject to your local duties and taxes.

We know you’re excited to receive your Oio Lab goodies, so we do everything we can to get these to you as quickly as possible. Within the territory of Poland orders are usually received within 2 business days, from the moment of dispatch from our warehouse. Within other European Union countries, orders are usually received within 3-5 business days from when it leaves our warehouse. Delivery time for allother international orders depend on the country of destination of goods.

We use many ingredients that are certified organic, natural, or naturally derived. We do not use synthetic additives and preservatives. Many brands in the beauty industry use terms like ‘organic’, ‘hypoallergenic’ and ‘eco-friendly’ which doesn’t hold any certification or legal definitions. We source all of our ingredients from the highest quality suppliers or within our in-house lab. Our claims are verified by an independent organisation Provenance. If we wouldn’t use it ourselves, we won’t let you use it.

Oio Lab HQ houses a team of scientists who mix, create and test every product by hand. In the testing and development process, we also cooperate with scientists from the leading Medical Science and Life Science Universities in Poland.

We’re passionate about providing you with effective products that will bring you the results your skin needs. Our in-house scientists use innovative methods, like supercritical carbon dioxide extraction, to extract the most potent qualities of each ingredient. We rigorously measure the effects of each of our products so that we can be confident that you will see the results you need.

Each product undergoes extensive testing in our lab before ithits our shop. We do this so that we can ensure you will see the results you expect. For example, our results show that after seven days regularly using the Aquasphere, Multi-Dimensional Hydrating Facial Serum, the level of skin hydration increases by 49.5% and the transepidermal water loss (TEWL) level decreases by 12.8%. Skincare products are often not labelled accurately or deliberately use hard to understand terms. We believe you have the right to know what you’re applying to your skin, so we want to make it as easy as possible to understand.

After careful research into ingredients and their effectivenessin skincare products, we source each ingredient from the highest quality sources or create the ingredients in our in-house or University lab. We follow our supply chain closely toensure our ingredients are received in their purest forms and to the highest quality. Our in-house scientists then test each ingredient and verify it’s effectiveness.

We care about the protection of our planet and the animals on it. All of our products are PETA certified vegan.

We do not test on animals or use animal products within our products.

The violet glass of Oio Lab products protects valuable naturalextracts and oils from the decomposition process and serves as a natural preservative.

It depends on how you look at it. Of course, there are cheaper skincare solutions out there, but if effects are what you’re after, then you can’t compromise on price. Unlike cheaper brands, we do not enrich the base of our products with ineffective oils, alcohols or water. All of our products are manufactured in our state-of-the-art lab located in Poland and operated by Ms Anna Bobkowska, PhD in Life Sciences and her team in cooperation with Medial Science University scientists.

We combine skincare with a deep respect for our planet. We collaborate with Forest Forever Foundation to plant biodiverse forests and MARE Foundations to help to protect marine ecosystems, especially the Baltic Sea. Our aim is to minimise the use of plastic by focusing on materials that can be reused.
Currently our packaging is recyclable in minimum of 70%. Our new products are over 90% recyclable. We are constantly striving to change it and working on solutions that are more eco-friendly.

Our packaging has been made with the aim to minimise the use of plastic, focusing on materials that can be reused instead. Our violet glass bottles can be placed in your recycling bin. We are in the process of making some important changes to make all our paper packaging more eco-friendly. Currently some of the paper we use is FSC certified and comes from responsible forestry. By the end of 2023 we aim to use solely recyclable, certified paper. We launched our new products in innovative, super mushroom packaging that is compostable and biodegradable at home within 40 days offering more planet-friendly solutions. Unfortunately, we’re still looking for a recyclable alternative to the pipette dropper (please let us know if you hear of any!).

We offer our products in Polish Złoty (PLN) and Euro (EUR). Prices will be converted to your local currency by your bank at their rates.

Oio Lab works hard to ensure that all necessary steps have been taken to keep your credit card details safe and secure. We are certified according to the Level 1 PCI DSS standard and do not release or sell your personal information to any unauthorized party. This is backed by our Privacy Policy. For your protection, all orders go through a rigorous fraud-checking process and are secured by SSL encryption.
