What is your returns policy?
Have you changed your mind or bought a product that you don’t need anymore? It happens! We accept returns up to 14 days after you have received the product. Just post them back to use, ensuring we receive your return within the 14 day time period. We ask that you obtain proof of postage anddo not dispose of this until your return has been accepted. How much does shipping cost?
Delivery of Orders is available within the territory of the Republic of Poland as well as to other countries, including European countries and countries outside Europe.
Shipping fees are not charged if:

POLAND: We offer free shipping within the territory of the Republic of Poland for all orders with a value of EUR 95 or more. For orders below this threshold, the shipping cost depends on the selected carrier and starts from EUR 5.
- EUROPE UNION: Within the European Union, we offer free shipping for all orders with a value of EUR 150 or more. For orders below this threshold, the shipping cost is EUR 10.
- REST OF THE WORLD: International shipping outside the European Union is free for orders with a value exceeding EUR 215. For all other orders, international shipping outside the European Union costs EUR 15.
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties or taxes may apply in accordance with the regulations of the destination country, and such charges shall be borne by the Customer.
How long does shipping usually take?
Regardless of the selected delivery method, the estimated delivery time:
- within the territory of the Republic of Poland is usually from 2 to 3 Business Days from the moment the Seller hands over the Products to the carrier selected by the Customer,
- to European countries is usually from 3 to 7 Business Days from the moment the shipment is handed over to the carrier,
- outside Europe depends on the destination country and the selected delivery method.
In the case of shipments outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, the Seller charges a delivery fee unless the conditions for free delivery specified above are met.
The total waiting time for the Customer to receive the ordered Products consists of the time required for the Seller to prepare the Order for shipment and the delivery time provided by the carrier. The time required for the Seller to prepare the Order for shipment is calculated from the moment the Agreement is concluded until the shipment containing the Order is dispatched and shall not exceed 4 Business Days. The above period should be extended by the delivery time provided by the selected carrier, which depends on the delivery method chosen by the Customer.
